We observe patterns that may reflect how your body is functioning and walk through what it all means together.
4-Visit Nutrition Package
One session can give you clarity. But understanding what your body needs is only part of the process, actually getting there takes consistent support and a plan that adjusts as you do.
This package is for clients who are ready to commit to the process and want consistent guidance along the way. Across four dedicated sessions, we work through functional lab review, personalized nutrition education, and targeted supplement guidance — adjusting your plan at every visit based on how your body is actually responding.

Nutrition Planning Sessions
2-Visit Add-On | $150
Ready to turn what we found into a plan?
These two sessions help you take your blood analysis findings and put them into practice. We build a realistic nutrition and lifestyle plan centered around your specific findings — covering food choices, meal structure, daily habits, and targeted supplements where needed. Your second visit gives us a chance to review your progress and adjust as you go.
